All About That Place is back with a fantastic lineup of over a hundred ten-minute talks. BALH are pleased to be an event partner again and are helping to make it even bigger and better than last year.

Bite sized talks combine with an electronic workbook packed with tasks and activities and a friendly Facebook group. At its core is an ethos of collaboration, interaction, and participant engagement.

Members of the BALH team have recorded two talks on the Association and local history for participants to find out about us.

Saturday 28 September is the BALH Sponsorship Day. We are supporting a wonderful day of talks on the important local history topic of Health and Medicine. Including a talk by Jude Rhodes, an Outreach team member, on middens, privies and sewers.
