Paul is giving a talk entitled Relating a Name to a Place where he discusses researching people outside of the traditional family tree, how they can be recorded, the issues in doing so and how he is seeking to overcome this through his development of Name & Place. 

Paul gives regular talks to family history audiences, both discussing how to use technology to better support research but also to help family historians understand the importance and close integration their research has with local history.

The talks are being streamed out on the day but Paul will be available in the online chat during his talk, to answer questions.

The Really Useful Show is open for one day, 14th November, with six tracks of talks and exhibitors, including BALH.
